1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. catsup
Cooked ham or Spam
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (cooked until tender)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix Bisquick, milk and 2 eggs together well. Spread half of the batter in deep baking dish or pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into pan. Spread remaining batter on top. Bake until knife inserted halfway into center comes out clean - 35 to 40 minutes - in 375 degree oven.
