1 lb. turbot 2 c. salsa 4 tbsp. orange juice 4 tbsp. honey 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1/2 c. bell peppers 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp. butter Brown onions, peppers and garlic. Remove from pan. Brown fish on both sides. Add salsa, juice, honey, onion, peppers and garlic. Simmer until completely done. |
