CHICKEN BREASTS WITH ALMOND
SAUCE
 
Boil 5 halves chicken breasts in salted water. Remove skin and bones and cut breast into large chunks. Place in casserole (layer of sauce, layer of chicken, layer of sauce, potato chips on top). Bake for 20 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated fresh onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
