LUZON'S BAKED BEANS 
1 family size Campbells pork 'n beans
4-6 strips bacon, chopped
2 med. size onions, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 can tomato sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dash of red pepper

Fry chopped bacon until crisp. Remove from grease and reserve. Saute onions, peppers, and garlic in grease. Cook slowly until tender. Pour in beans, add brown sugar, Lea and Perrins sauce, salt, pepper, red pepper, liquid smoke, tomato sauce and fried bacon. Pour into uncovered bean pot and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring twice. Serves 8.
