KETCHUP 
6 lg. onions
3 red peppers
3 c. vinegar
20 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. salt

First squeeze some of the seeds and juice out of the tomatoes as it will cut down on cooking time. Then boil together the tomatoes, onions, and peppers; run through a sieve. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil until it thickens somewhat. Put in jars or bottles.
