SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 c. crabmeat
1 c. cooked shrimp, cut up
3 c. diced celery
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 c. Duke's mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
3/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste

Combine seafood, celery and chopped eggs in bowl. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture and mix well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. If it is too thick you can always add more mayonnaise latter. Delicious served on Town House crackers.
