CUCUMBERS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. minced onions
2 tsp. Roquefort cheese or to taste
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper

Mix and place in refrigerator. Keeps for days. Select fresh, tender cucumbers (1 to 2 depending on size). Pare, cut in thin slices and stand in ice water until ready to use. Drain cucumbers and pour sauce over them.

Can use dressing for potato salad, tomatoes and slaw.
