SNICKER'S CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake mix according to box directions. Pour 1/2 cake batter in pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Melt caramels, butter and milk in microwave. Pour mixture over cake and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Pour remaining batter over all.

Bake at 250°F for 20 minutes, then 350°F for 10 - 15 minutes until firm to touch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
