WALDORF POTATOES 
6 to 8 red potatoes
1 can Carnation milk
1 onion
Butter
Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until they're half done. Slice and layer in casserole dish. On each layer, add pats of butter, slices of onion, and salt and pepper. Continue layers. Pour Carnation milk on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Top should be golden brown when done.
