RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together thoroughly flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and butter. Put half of mixture in greased 8x8 pan. Put on top 3 cups rhubarb.

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch. Cook until thick and clear, add vanilla. Pour on top of rhubarb and add rest of crumbs. 350 degrees, 1 hour. Good topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.
