BASE:

1 c. milk
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon peel
4 eggs

TOPPING:

Ground almonds
Sugar
Cinnamon

Mix base ingredients together and place into greased square cake pan. Combine topping ingredients together and sprinkle over base. Bake 40-45 minutes.
