1 c. buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
Whipped cream, sweetened
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed

Heat waffle iron. Combine pancake mix and cocoa. Add milk and egg, stir until thoroughly moistened. Bake in waffle iron until steaming stops. Top with whipped cream, spoon strawberries over whipped cream.
