FRUIT CRESCENTS 
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING 1:
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. raisins

FILLING 2:
1/4 c. raspberry jam

FILLING 3:
1/4 c. chopped citron
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine cheese and softened butter in a bowl. Blend. Add flour and mix until dough forms a ball. Divide into thirds. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for 1 hour or more. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll each portion of dough into a circle 1/8 inch thick. Brush with melted butter.

Spread one of the fillings on each circle. Cut into 16 pie shaped wedges. Beginning at outer edge, roll wedges tightly. Place point down on greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Dip in confectioners' sugar.
