NEW POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. new potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. real mayonnaise
1/3 c. fresh dill (or dried)
1 c. thin sliced red onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Quarter new potatoes and cook until done. Drain and let cool. Mix together sour cream, mayo, salt and pepper and dill. Put onions with potatoes. Pour dressing over potatoes. Stir well and refrigerate until chilled. Serves 8 to 10.
