1 yellow cake, baked in 13x9x2 inch pan 8 oz. cream cheese 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 20 oz. canned crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. whipped cream, more if you like Crushed nuts Flaked coconut Bake yellow cake and cool. Beat together cream cheese, pudding and milk, mixing well. Spread on cake. Drain pineapple and spread on cake. Spread whipped cream over pineapple and top with coconuts and nuts. |
