1 lg. bag coconut
Evons almond bark or 1 bag candy chocolate

Spread coconut on tray and broil to toast. Stir frequently to toast all layers.

Melt chocolate in microwave. Quickly mix melted chocolate with toasted coconut.

Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
