6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. whipped cream
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
2 c. Southern Comfort
Ground nutmeg

Chill the eggs and liquid ingredients. Separate egg whites from yolks. Beat yolks. Continue beating and add sugar. Stir in whipped cream, cream, milk, and Southern Comfort. Beat egg whites and fold in. Dust with nutmeg and chill. Makes 10 5-ounce servings.

To make Easy Comfort Eggnog, chill a cup of Southern Comfort and a quart of dairy eggnog. Beat together in a punch bowl and dust with nutmeg. Serves 10. For a single serving, combine 1 ounce of chilled Southern Comfort with 4 ounces of diary eggnog in a short glass. Dust with nutmeg.
