SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 med. squash
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil squash and onion in water until tender. Drain, mash and add sour cream, butter, soup and 1/2 package cornbread dressing mix. Season to taste. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining dressing. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
