SPICY CARROTS 
4 c. carrots, cut into 2-inch strips
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 drops hot pepper sauce (or more)
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook carrots in butter in 1 1/2-quart covered casserole in microwave oven for five minutes. Turn dish and stir halfway through cooking time. Add brown sugar, mustard and hot sauce. Cover and cook 5 minutes more or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
