BUTTERNUT POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco shortening
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tbsp. butternut flavoring
3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. milk

Mix by hand. Mix shortening and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flavoring, 2 cups flour (sifted first). Add milk and 1 cup flour. Mix well. Pour into large Bundt pan. Bake in 350-375 degrees for 45-60 minutes, depending on your oven.
