ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. thin spaghetti
2 lg. onions, diced
2 cucumbers, diced
2 green peppers, diced
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. white vinegar
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
Mayonnaise

Break spaghetti into small pieces. Cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Chill in refrigerator. Place onion, cucumbers and green pepper in bowl. Add salt, pepper and vinegar. Marinate for 1 hour; drain. Add spaghetti and eggs. Season to taste, stirring well. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten well about 1 hour before serving.
