QUICK AND EASY CRAB SOUP 
1 can tomato soup
1 can pea soup
1 can beef consomme
Pinch of pepper
Dash of mace
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. sherry
1/4 lb. crab meat

Mix the soups, pepper and mace. Heat until very hot. At the last minute add cream and sherry. Put one big tablespoon of crab meat in center of each heated soup bowl. Carefully (slowly) pour soup into bowls. Serve immediately. Serves: 4.
