CHOW MEIN COOKIES | |
2 bags (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 (12 oz or 16 oz.) chow mein noodles 1 (12 oz or 16 oz.) can peanuts Melt butterscotch and peanut butter on medium heat. Heat until melted; stir in chow mein noodles and nuts. Spoon on wax paper. Let stand until dry. Keeps well in cookie tin not tupperware. |
