CHOW MEIN NOODLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. chunky or smooth peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows or coconut (optional)

Melt in double boiler. Add 1 can chow mein noodles. Stir gently. Add 1/2 cup marshmallows or coconut (optional). Drop by spoon on waxed paper. Decorate with candied cherry or glazed fruit, if desired.
