1 lb. sausage
2 lg. onions
3 lg. peppers
1 sm. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. fresh or frozen dough

Saute sausage meat; drain and set aside. In large skillet saute onions and peppers until soft. Cut up cheese into small cubes. Add to above mixture warm over low heat until cheese is melted.

Roll bread dough to 1/4 inch thick and spread with sausage mixture. Roll into loaf shape. Tuck and flap over loose ends and brush with teaspoon of olive oil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
