SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
salt and pepper
1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 lb. beef or pork (cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces)
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)

Cook noodles, drain and blanch. Mix sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and chopped onion. Place noodles, cooked beef or pork cubes and whole kernel corn in a large casserole dish and top with sour cream mixture. Mix thoroughly and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
