BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. top round steak (1" cubes)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. steak sauce
1/2 c. sour cream

In skillet, brown beef in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove beef from skillet to plate. In same skillet, add remaining butter and saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Return meat to skillet, add water and steak sauce. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 50 to 60 minutes until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
