BANANA AND PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix by hand until well blended and pour into a large angel food pan or bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
