3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain well)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. coconut

Mix all together. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
