PARSONS CREEK CRAB 
2 cracked crab, fresh
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. dry chardonnay
1 can chicken broth
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup wine. Simmer 10 minutes. Put in two cracked crabs and heat slowly 10 to 15 minutes. Pour in 1/4 cup dry white wine. Serve with French bread.
