SWISS POTATOES 
1 bag cubed hash brown potatoes
1 pt. whipping cream
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Butter glass cake pan, put in bag of cubed hash browns. Pour whipping cream over top and place grated Swiss cheese on that. Put butter dots all over. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Bake at 350 degrees with foil, cover until last 10 minutes. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
