TACO SALAD 
1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can tomatoes w/green chiles
1 can chili beans
Lettuce, tomatoes, & plain corn chips

Brown first 3 ingredients in skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in chili powder. In saucepan, heat cheese soup and tomatoes with green chiles. Heat chili beans. Shred lettuce, dice tomatoes. To serve; layer: Lettuce, tomatoes, corn chips, beans and meat mixture. Top with cheese sauce mixture.

NOTE: We like ours hot, so I add Jalepeno pepper slices to the meat mixture.
