3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
3/4 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. May glaze, if desired.
