QUICK QUICHE LORRAINE | |
2 c. shredded Chedarella 1 sm. minced onion 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted 1 c. minced ham 1 pt. half & half cream 6 eggs 3/4 c. milk 2 frozen pie crusts Preheat oven to 425 degrees for 15 minutes; bake crust for 10 minutes. Place defrosted broccoli, ham, onion, and Chedarella into the 2 pie crusts. Pour egg mixture of milk, half & half, and eggs over broccoli, ham, and onion-cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes. |
