POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water (more if needed)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced (other cheese if you like)

Brown beef and onion until crumbly. Drain off fat. Add water, tomato sauce and spaghetti mix. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into 9"x13" greased pan. Top with cheese and put in 400 degree oven to keep hot.

POPOVER BATTER:

2 lg. eggs
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Beat eggs, milk and oil with egg beater. Add flour and salt and beat until smooth. Pour over hot pizza filling, covering completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Cut in squares and serve hot.
