VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. stew beef
2 med. onions, chopped
3 carrots peeled, chopped
1 can green beans
1 sm. head cabbage
1 can whole kernel corn
3 potatoes peeled, cube
Salt and pepper

In large pot add beef and cover with 2 to 3 quarts and cook until the beef is tender. Add carrots, onions and potatoes and cook until tender, may have to add more water. Chop the cabbage and add along with the beans and corn. Salt and pepper, simmer for 1 hour.
