RAISIN RICE PUDDING 
3 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Boiling water

Oven temperature 350 degrees. Bake 35 minutes. Chill several hours. Serves 4.

In large bowl, combine milk, eggs and sugar; beat well. Stir in rice, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into 1 1/2 quart buttered baking dish. Set into large roasting pan into which 1 1/2 inches boiling water has been added. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack and chill.
