FRIED ONION RINGS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4-1/2 c. milk

Slice onions very thin (or as preferred). Lightly sprinkle onion rings with flour, then dredge in the above batter. Deep fry, drain on absorbent paper and salt. For batter, stir together dry ingredients, milk and egg; beat until smooth.
