RANGER COOKIE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together shortening and sugar, add well beaten eggs and vanilla. Sift in flour, soda, salt and baking powder, mix well. Add oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut. Mix well. Mold into walnut size balls, press slightly on cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
