COUNTRY BREAKFAST 
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked & drained
12 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. milk, beaten with eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
24 oz. Crystal Farms hash browns (found in dairy case)
8 oz. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer sausage on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour on beaten eggs, milk and butter. Add hash browns on top of egg mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 9.
