CAKE:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and soda. Add oil, water, vinegar, and vanilla. Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full.

FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix together until fluffy the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt. Add chocolate chips. Drop 1 teaspoon of filling into cupcake mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
