1 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and chocolate chips; set aside. Mix together soda, flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, water, oil and vanilla. Fill baking cups 1/3 full of chocolate batter. Top each top with cream cheese mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 dozen.
