SEASONED LEMON & PEPPER TUNA 
butter
Brunswick Flaked Tuna with Lemon and Pepper
1 Stalk Escallion
Small Onion
Small Tomato
Sweet Pepper
1/2 cup white rice
All purpose seasoning
Meat seasoning
Black Pepper
Salt

How to cook white rice: Pour 1/2 cup water in pot over low flame. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon butter. Wash 1/2 cup rice and add to the water. Cover and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.

How to cook Seasoned lemon & pepper tuna: Dice 1 stalk escallion, small onion, small tomato and sweet pepper.(You can add any other season if you wish to enhance taste). Place a small skillet over low flames to heat. Add 1 teaspoon butter. When butter has melted, add the seasons and stir. Add all purpose seasoning and black pepper to the seasoning. Stir to combine.

Open can of Brunswick flaked tuna in lemon & pepper and add to the seasoning. Stir to blend in everything. Add meat seasoning and a little more black pepper.

Leave to sauté for 5 minutes.
