ELEPHANT STEW | |
1 med. elephant 75 med. onions, chopped in half Salt & pepper to taste 10 garlic bulbs, whole 16 gal. water 4 rabbits (optional) Cut elephant into bite-size pieces. Add enough water to cover. Add onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly for 2 days. Cook over kerosene fire about 4 weeks at 465 degrees. Serves 3, 900 hungry men. If more expected, add 2 additional rabbits, but do this ONLY in an emergency - most people don't like hare in their stew. |
