"BEST-EVER CORN BREAD" 
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. yellow corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cube soft butter
1 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Bisquick, sugar, corn meal and baking powder with a fork. Set aside. Slightly beat eggs, butter, and evaporated milk. Add to the Bisquick mixture and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut and serve hot. Delicious with homemade chili or soup on a cold day.
