FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
Chocolate crumb crust
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare crust in mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then remaining ingredients. Pour into pan, bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate.

CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:

Combine 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, 1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa and 1/3 cup butter, melted. Press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
