BROWNIE MASTER MIX 
8 c. plain flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. salt
8 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Hershey's cocoa
2 c. Crisco shortening

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in Crisco. Will store for 3 months on shelf or 5 months in refrigerator, in airtight container.

2 c. master mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan (if desired)

Stir. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
