LIGHT AND LUSCIOUS ORANGE BARS | |
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. cold water 40 graham crackers Chill small mixing bowl and beaters. In the top section of double boiler, soften the gelatin in the concentrated orange juice. Place over hot water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in the sugar and vanilla. Using cold bowl and beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks form. Add lemon juice and beat until stiff. Fold in orange juice mixture. Spread on 20 graham crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Freeze until firm. |
