MEXICAN SALAD 
2 tomatoes, diced
1 head lettuce
1 green pepper
5 green onions
1 can ranch style or Mexican chili beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 sm. bag (6 oz.) Fritos, crushed

Chop lettuce, onions and green pepper. Add all ingredients, toss and serve. Serves 8.
