ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. mandarin orange juice
1 lg. can mandarin oranges

Dissolve Jello in water. Add mandarin orange juice. When slightly set, add sherbet. Mix with hand beater and pour over oranges in 9 x 13 inch pan. Let set several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
